Corky Deer Main
'03 Colorado *(Bundy Park)
Was the bottom of the ninth with 2 outs. We had 2 hours before we where breaking camp and heading home. We decided to hunt this morning and I was glad we did. We got out and checked a clear cut where this deer was spotted. I had never had Buck Fever until I saw this deer. He was roughly 150yds away and was feeding. I dropped to my butt and steadied for the shot. I pulled the trigger and dropped him where he stood. Was a great hunt and great feeling to see the look on my hunting partners faces when they saw this buck. He ended up scoring 164 B&C and is hanging proudly on my wall. What a hunt!
