Iron Chef - He may well be the best castIron cook you ever met. We've had more than a few guests tell us that after spending several meals at his table. This down to earth, wonderful man loves to read, is a good HR person, and he not only keeps the guest feed.. but he gardens for pleasure as well. If I were a betting man, I'd guess the main challenge he faces in life is keeping ButtShot in line and fed. For the hunters who've hunted with him, they'll know what I'm talking about.
